Foods That Help Fight Flab!

One of my online friends describes herself as a sort of fanatic about her beauty treatments and diets.  She used to published a blog called "My Beauty Box". Sady, she stopped maintaining the blog in 2016.  But before this particular blog post was deleted (it was titled "Lifestyle Change: Tips to Fight the Flab").  With her permission, I extracted some information about superfoods (or regular food that we are now learning have super health benefits) she claimed are fat busters!  That’s right!  Guaranteed to help you fight the flab!  

Those foods are:
  1. Lemons or Apple Cider Vinegar
  2. Blueberries and raspberries
  3. Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
  4. Cauliflower
  5. Apples
  6. Turmeric spice
  7. Natural yogurt
  8. Green tea or Redbush tea
