Lucky me. Years ago, had a friend who worked for Starbucks, but also worked with me at a temp job. One of his perks for being a Starbucks employee was getting a free of bag of coffee. At our temp job he would bring it in and let us brew a pot. What a friend huh??

Top 10 Tweets for First Quarter of 2020

Food Ways Presented by Everyday Exotic Spices has a companion Twitter account which was started in 2015. As of April 2020, the account has about 500. The results of my examination of the Twitter analytics data indicate that even though the follower count is low, people who view my posts stream really like the tweets. 

For the first quarter of 2020 (January, February, and March) the Tweets earned 65.4K impressions. That may not sound impressive to Twitter influencers who have millions of followers. But impresses me. At least there are some people out there who like the EES tweets. Apparently, people really like avocados. LOL.

Foodie Friday : It's Flipping Foodie Friday!

Are your weeks flying by fast or is it just me? Feels like it was a #FoodieFriday just a couple of days ago.  One week passed already and it's time for another post!

So this is what I'm sharing. Ever hear of Flipboard?

Heard of it. Tried it. Got confused because of my pea-sized brain and gave up on it! It's a good thing that my online friends are persistent. One fellow blogger says she is using this fantastic tool and enjoying much success! She was so bubbly and energetic, I decided to have at it one more time!  Eureka!  I DID IT!!

My I Like Eating Channel on Flipboard

Tweeted it out for Foodie Friday. ( When I finally get something to work right, I have to brag! :) )

Just before I got started, received a link to an article in my eMail that explained how easy it was to publish successfully on Flipboard.  That really made things clear. After my account and my magazine were both created, I add the Flip.it bookmarklet sharing tool to my browser bookmarks bar. From that point forward, it's all been smooth sailing.


Did a search on Twitter with the terms “#FoodieFriday, Flipboard”. The results are fabulous! Wish there were more. Nevertheless … Enjoy! :)
